This product can reduce capillary permeability, enhance the retraction effect of broken capillary ends, and increase the resistance of capillaries to damage. It is often used for various types of bleeding caused by increased capillary permeability.

The main component of this product is carbazochrome sodium sulfonate. Its chemical name is 1-methyl-6-oxo-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroindole-5-semicarbazone-2-sulfonic acid sodium salt trihydrate. Molecular formula: C10H11N4NaO5S3H2O, molecular weight: 376.32

This product is orange-yellow freeze-dried block or powder.

It is used for bleeding diseases of the urinary system, upper digestive tract, respiratory tract and gynecology. It has a more significant effect on the urinary system and can also be used for the prevention and treatment of surgical bleeding.

Before use, add an appropriate amount of sterile water for injection or sodium chloride injection to dissolve. Intramuscular injection: 20 mg each time, twice a day. Intravenous drip: 60-80 mg each time.

Some patients experienced nausea, dizziness, and redness and pain at the injection site, but no serious adverse reactions were observed.
