This product has good antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. It can inhibit the recurrence of viruses such as rhinovirus and herpes simplex virus, and inhibit the release of histamine by eosinophils.

This product is a compound preparation, each package contains 100 mg of zinc gluconate, 150 mg of ibuprofen, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate. Excipients are: sucrose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, and stevioside.

This product is white or light yellow granules with sweet taste.

Used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, etc. caused by the common cold or influenza.

Oral administration: Children aged 3-5 years, half a pack at a time; children aged 6-14 years, 1 pack at a time; adults, 2 packs at a time, 3 times a day.

A small number of patients may experience nausea, stomach burning or mild gastrointestinal reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, bronchospasm, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure.

Precautions for children: Reduce dosage for children. No more than 3 bags for children, and no more than 7 days for each course of treatment. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.

1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency, so it is not suitable to be used together. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs, so it is not suitable to be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemic acid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5.
