This product is a compound trichomonas box antibiotic drug. Metronidazole has a strong trichomonas killing effect and is the first choice for the treatment of vaginal trichomoniasis. Metronidazole has a strong antibacterial effect on most anaerobic bacteria, but has no effect on aerobic bacteria and facultative anaerobes. The antibacterial spectrum includes Bacteroides fragilis and other Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Clostridium perfringens, Eubacterium, Veillonella, Peptococcus and Peptostreptococcus, etc. Its bactericidal concentration is slightly higher than the inhibitory concentration. The bactericidal mechanism of metronidazole has not been fully elucidated. The nitroreductase of anaerobic bacteria plays an important role in the metabolism of sensitive strains. The nitro reduction of this product is a cytotoxin, which acts on the DNA metabolism process of bacteria and promotes cell death. Among them, tetracycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with antibacterial effect. Its antibacterial spectrum includes many Gram-positive and negative bacteria, Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Actinomycetes, etc. It is now mainly used for rickettsial diseases, brucellosis, lymphogranuloma, mycoplasma pneumonia, spirochetosis, mycoplasmosis, and can also be used for mild infections caused by sensitive Gram-positive cocci or Gram-negative bacilli. Among them, nystatin has an inhibitory effect on Candida albicans, Cryptococcus and Trichomonas, and is used to treat fungal or Trichomonas infections in the oral cavity, digestive tract, vagina and body surface. It can combine with sterols on fungal cells to produce changes in cell membrane permeability, resulting in the leakage of important cell contents and an antifungal effect.
