Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen and isopropyl antipyrine in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects; anhydrous caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the former two.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 0.25g of acetaminophen, 0.15g of isopropyl antipyrine, and 50mg of anhydrous caffeine. Excipients are: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, formaldehyde casein, corn starch, magnesium stearate, talc, and silicic acid.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Children over 6 years old take 0.5-1 tablet at a time; adults take 1-2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day. Can be swallowed with water or beverages.
Adverse Reactions
Leukocytosis, methemoglobinemia and thrombocytopenia, as well as other allergic reactions such as anorexia, nausea, vomiting, and rash are occasionally seen.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hemolytic anemia or severe liver or kidney dysfunction.

Drug Interactions
1. For patients who use barbiturates (such as phenbital) or antispasmodics (such as belladonna), long-term use of this product may cause liver damage, so it should not be taken together. 2. This product can enhance the toxicity of chloramphenicol when used together, so it should not be taken together. 3. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
