Drug Interactions

1. Taking this product with ethanol may cause tachycardia, sweating, skin flushing, etc., so the two should not be used together. 2. When used in combination with anticoagulants such as warfarin and coumarins, this product may enhance liver metabolism and weaken the effect of anticoagulants, so it is necessary to monitor the prothrombin time to adjust the dose. 3. When used in combination with primidone and phenobarbital drugs, the antifungal effect of this product may be weakened, which may be related to the fact that barbiturates reduce the absorption of the drug and the inactivation of this product is accelerated due to the effect on liver enzymes, resulting in a decrease in blood drug concentration. Such drugs should be avoided from being used in combination with this product. 4. The combination of estrogen contraceptives and this product can reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, which may be related to the fact that this product enhances the metabolism of such drugs in the liver, resulting in a decrease in blood drug concentration.
