This product is a semi-synthetic ergot alkaloid derivative. It has alpha-adrenaline blocking and vasodilation effects. It can enhance the metabolism of brain cell energy and increase the utilization of oxygen and glucose. It can promote the conversion of neurotransmitter dopamine to enhance nerve conduction, strengthen brain protein biosynthesis, and improve brain function.

The main ingredient of this product is nicergoline.

This product is a pink tablet.

It is suitable for acute and chronic vascular or metabolic cerebral dysfunction (cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis and embolism, transient ischemic attack). It is suitable for acute and chronic peripheral vascular dysfunction (Raynaud's syndrome, limb vascular occlusive disease and other symptoms caused by poor peripheral circulation) and headache. This product can be used as an adjuvant treatment for patients with arterial hypertension and hemiplegia after stroke. It improves low desire and emotional disorders caused by sequelae of cerebral infarction (slow sensation, lack of concentration, memory loss, lack of ideas, depression, anxiety, etc.).

Oral administration, 1-2 tablets (5-10 mg) each time, 3 times a day, or as directed by a physician.

A small number of patients experience mild side effects, usually related to its vasodilation effect, generally mild stomach discomfort, hot flashes, drowsiness or insomnia.

It is contraindicated in patients with bleeding tendency or allergy to nicergoline (ergoline bromopyrine).
