This product is white or off-white granules.
Indication
1. For the treatment of influenza A and B in children aged 1 year and above and adults (oseltamivir phosphate can effectively treat influenza A and B, but there is not much clinical application data for influenza B). 2. For the prevention of influenza A and B in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and above.
Usage and Dosage
This product is taken orally after being completely dissolved in warm water. Oseltamivir phosphate can be taken with or without food. However, for some patients, taking the drug with food can improve drug tolerance. Treatment of influenza should be started on the first or second day of the onset of influenza symptoms (ideally within 36 hours). Dosage guidance for adults and adolescents The recommended oral dose of oseltamivir phosphate in adults and adolescents over 13 years old is 75 mg each time, twice a day, for 5 days.
Adverse Reactions
Skin and subcutaneous tissue changes: There have been rare reports of allergic reactions, toxic epidermal necrosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, erythema multiforme, redness (rash), dermatitis, and bullous eruptions. Liver and bile duct: There have been rare reports of hepatitis and elevated liver enzymes in patients with influenza-like illness. There have been case reports of pancreatitis, angioedema, laryngeal edema, bronchospasm, facial edema, eosinophilia, leukocytopenia, and hematuria. If patients experience similar reactions, oseltamivir should be discontinued and medical attention should be sought promptly.
