Phenolamine Capsules
Function and Efficacy
Aminopyrine in this product can inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in the hypothalamus, restore the normal responsiveness of the sensory neurons in the thermoregulatory center and play an antipyretic role; at the same time, it also has an analgesic effect by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, etc. Aminopyrine can also inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in local tissues of inflammation, stabilize lysosomal enzymes, affect the phagocytic function of phagocytes and play an anti-inflammatory role. Acetaminophen is a peripheral analgesic. The mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandins (PGE1) in the thermoregulatory center of the hypothalamus, thereby causing peripheral vasodilation and sweating to achieve an antipyretic effect. At the same time, it can inhibit the effects of PGE1, bradykinin and histamine, increase the pain threshold and produce analgesic effects. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can excite the cerebral cortex, increase sensitivity to the outside world, and constrict cerebral blood vessels, enhancing the effect of the first two drugs in relieving headaches. Chlorpheniramine maleate has a strong histamine H1 receptor blocking effect, which can alleviate other respiratory symptoms caused by allergies and also has a mild inhibitory effect on the central nervous system.
