Because bradykinin and prostaglandins can cause pain together. Appearance
This product is an enteric-coated capsule containing white powder.
Indication
Used for various arthritis: joint pain and swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, etc., as well as various pains such as dysmenorrhea, toothache, postoperative pain, cancer pain, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Common oral dosage for adults: 1. Anti-rheumatic, 50 mg once, 3 to 4 times a day. The maximum daily dosage is 200 mg; 2. Treatment of dysmenorrhea, 50 mg once, once every 6 to 8 hours, and can be increased to 75 mg each time if necessary. To avoid gastrointestinal irritation, it should be taken after meals and the capsule should be swallowed whole.
Adverse Reactions
(1) Gastrointestinal reactions are common, such as stomach pain or discomfort, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, etc. In severe cases, upper gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding and perforation may occur. (2) Allergic reactions: allergic dermatitis, skin itching, exfoliative dermatitis, laryngeal edema, bronchospasm (allergic), etc. (3) Eyes: blurred vision, retinal hemorrhage. (4) Cardiovascular system: arrhythmia, increased blood pressure, palpitations. (5) Central nervous system: dizziness, headache, tinnitus, hearing loss, mental tension, depression, hallucinations, drowsiness, numbness of limbs, etc. (6) Liver and kidney: liver damage, decreased renal function, interstitial nephritis, kidney disease. Precautions
1. Those who are allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 2. Those with active peptic ulcer.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: When the elderly use this product, the plasma protein binding rate and drug excretion rate may be reduced, resulting in increased blood drug concentration and prolonged half-life, so attention should be paid to dose adjustment. Especially for those over 70 years old, half the dose can be used at the beginning. If it is ineffective and well tolerated, it can be gradually increased to the usual dose, but close monitoring is required.
Drug Interactions
(1) When used with alcohol or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency may increase. Long-term use with acetaminophen may increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys. (2) When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. (3) When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. (4) When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. (5) This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin. When used together, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the dose of digoxin. (6) This product can enhance the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs. (7) When used together with antihypertensive drugs, this product may affect the latter's antihypertensive effect. (8) This product should not be used together with probenecid, because the latter can significantly reduce the renal clearance rate of this product (reduced by 66%) and protein binding rate (reduced by 28%), resulting in increased blood concentration and the risk of poisoning. (9) This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach toxic levels. Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or large doses of methotrexate.
