Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets

1. This product is a platelet aggregation inhibitor that can selectively inhibit the binding of ADP to platelet receptors, and then inhibit the activation of ADP and glycoprotein GPⅡb/Ⅲa complex, thereby inhibiting platelet aggregation. 2. This product can also inhibit platelet aggregation not caused by ADP, and does not affect the activity of phosphodiesterase. This product affects the life span of platelets by irreversibly changing platelet ADP receptors.

The main ingredient of this product is clopidogrel sulfate.

This product is white or off-white tablets.

Prevent and treat circulatory disorders of the heart, brain and other arteries caused by high platelet aggregation.

Oral administration, can be taken with or without food. Once a day, two tablets each time.

Gastrointestinal reactions (such as abdominal pain, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea), rash, and skin and mucous membrane bleeding are occasionally seen. Leukopenia and granulocytosis are rare.

Precautions for children: The safety and effectiveness of this product for use in pediatrics has not been established. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Reproductive studies in rats and rabbits have shown that clopidogrel has no effect on fertilization and the fetus. There are no adequate and rigorous controlled studies on pregnant women, so this drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Studies on rats have shown that clopidogrel and/or its metabolites are excreted in breast milk, but it is unclear whether this drug is excreted in human breast milk. Precautions for the elderly: The concentration of the main metabolite in the plasma of the elderly (not less than 75 years old) is significantly higher than that of young healthy volunteers, but the higher plasma concentration is not related to differences in platelet aggregation and bleeding time, so there is no need to adjust the dose for the elderly.

Aspirin: This product increases the inhibitory effect of aspirin on platelet aggregation caused by collagen. There is no further research data on the safety of long-term combined use. Heparin: Studies on healthy volunteers have shown that this product has no interaction with heparin. However, caution should be exercised when combined with other drugs. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): When healthy volunteers take this product and naproxen at the same time, gastrointestinal occult blood loss increases, so caution should be exercised when this product is combined with NSAIDs. Warfarin: There is no safety study on combined use.
