Function and Efficacy
This product acts directly on the gastrointestinal wall, increasing gastrointestinal motility and tension, promoting gastric emptying, increasing gastric antrum and duodenal motility, coordinating pyloric contraction, and also enhancing esophageal motility and the tension of the lower esophageal sphincter, inhibiting nausea and vomiting. This product is not easy to pass through the blood-brain barrier.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 10 mg of domperidone, and the excipients are starch, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, and magnesium stearate.

Indication
Used for indigestion, abdominal distension, belching, nausea and vomiting.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take half a tablet to 1 tablet at a time, 2-3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals.
Adverse Reactions
1 Occasionally, mild abdominal cramps, dry mouth, rash, headache, diarrhea, nervousness, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, etc. 2 Sometimes serum prolactin levels may increase, galactorrhea, and gynecomastia may occur, but they will return to normal after stopping the drug.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, mechanical intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Children under 1 year old have an incompletely developed blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, so the possibility of central nervous system side effects on infants under 1 year old cannot be ruled out. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women should use with caution. Lactating women should stop breastfeeding while using this product. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. Anticholinergic drugs such as acetaminophen, propantheline bromide, scopolamine, belladonna tablets, etc. will weaken the effect of this product and should not be taken together. 2. When this product is used together with acetaminophen, ampicillin, levodopa, tetracycline, etc., the absorption rate of these drugs will increase. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, the absorption of the latter will be reduced. 4. If you are taking other medicines, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
