Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains the main ingredient domperidone 10 mg, and the auxiliary ingredients are: starch, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K90, pregelatinized starch, and sodium lauryl sulfate.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
Used for indigestion, abdominal distension, belching, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals.
Adverse Reactions
1. Occasionally mild abdominal cramps, dry mouth, rash, headache, diarrhea, nervousness, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, etc. 2. Sometimes it causes increased serum prolactin levels, galactorrhea, gynecomastia, etc., but they return to normal after stopping the drug. 3. Excitement and amenorrhea occur in rare cases. 4. Very rare adverse reactions include angioedema, allergic reactions, itching, abnormal liver function tests, convulsions, urticaria, extrapyramidal side effects (such as drooling, hand tremors, etc., these symptoms can be completely recovered after stopping the drug).
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, mechanical intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Due to the incomplete development of the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier in children under 1 year old, the possibility of central nervous system side effects in infants under 1 year old cannot be ruled out. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant women. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. It should not be used together with azole antifungal drugs such as ketoconazole and itraconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as erythromycin, HIV protease inhibitors and nefazodone. 2. Anticholinergic drugs such as tamoxifen, propantheline bromide, anisodamine, belladonna tablets, etc. will weaken the effect of this product and should not be taken with this product. 3. Antacids and drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion can reduce the bioavailability of this product and should not be taken with this product. 4.
