Huaijiao Pill

This pill uses Sanguisorba officinalis, Sophora japonica flower, Sophora japonica horn and Rhubarb as the main ingredients. Animal experiments have confirmed that Sanguisorba officinalis charcoal decoction can significantly shorten the coagulation and bleeding time, and can constrict capillaries; Sophora japonica flower can maintain the resistance of capillaries, reduce vascular permeability, and restore the normal elasticity of capillaries that have increased fragility and bleeding, and has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects; Sophora japonica horn can promote the rate of blood coagulation and reduce the permeability of blood vessel walls; Rhubarb can constrict blood vessels and shorten blood clotting time.

This product is dark brown to black in color in the form of water-honey pills, small honey pills or large honey pills; it tastes bitter and astringent.

Oral administration: 9 grams of small honey pills at a time, twice a day.

Some patients may experience mild diarrhea after taking the medicine.
