This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

1. Used to prevent and treat bleeding before and after various surgeries. 2. Can also be used for bleeding caused by poor platelet function and increased vascular fragility, such as thrombocytopenic purpura and allergic purpura. 3. Can also be used for bleeding caused by other reasons, such as cerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary tract bleeding, fundus bleeding, gingival bleeding, nose bleeding and skin bleeding.

1 Intramuscular or intravenous injection: 0.25-0.5g once, 0.5-1.5g per day. Intravenous drip: 0.25-0.75g once, 2-3 times a day, drip after dilution. 2 To prevent postoperative bleeding, intravenous drip or intramuscular injection of 0.25-0.5g 15-30 minutes before surgery, and another 0.25g after 2 hours if necessary.

This product has low toxicity and may cause nausea, headache, rash, temporary hypotension, etc. There are occasional reports of anaphylactic shock after intravenous injection.

Dextran inhibits platelet aggregation, prolongs bleeding and coagulation time, and theoretically has an antagonistic effect with this product.
