Function and Efficacy
1This product is a long-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It can inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase and reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins. 2Animal experiments show that the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of this product are weaker than indomethacin, but stronger than aspirin. 3Acute toxicity test results: The oral LD50 of rats is 200-720mg/kg, and the intraperitoneal injection LD50 is 265-575mg/kg; the oral LD50 of mice is 795-1673mg/kg, and the intraperitoneal injection LD50 is 506-811mg/kg.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, and gouty arthritis. It can also be used for toothache, postoperative pain, and traumatic pain.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults: 0.3g each time, twice a day (three times if necessary) or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
The adverse reactions of this product are mainly gastrointestinal reactions, manifested as stomach pain, burning sensation, nausea, and a few serious adverse reactions include gastric ulcer, bleeding, and even perforation. Dizziness, rash, mild decrease in white blood cell count, mild increase in serum transferase, etc. are less common.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product; 2. It is contraindicated for those with peptic ulcer, severe liver and kidney damage, and aspirin-induced asthma; 3. It is contraindicated for children; 4. It is contraindicated for pregnant women.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Children are prohibited from using. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients should be aware of renal toxicity due to decreased renal function.
