Function and Efficacy

The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Ingredients

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains the main ingredients of acetaminophen 80 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 7.5 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 mg. The auxiliary materials are starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate, and aspartame.

Appearance

Indication

It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, limb pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, etc. caused by common cold and influenza in children.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration. Dosage: 1-3 years old: 10-15 kg, 1-2 tablets/time 4-6 years old: 16-21 kg, 2-2.5 tablets/time 7-9 years old: 22-27 kg, 3 tablets/time 10-12 years old: 28-32 kg, 4 tablets/time Frequency per day: 3 times a day. Disperse with warm water and take or swallow. Do not exceed 4 times in 24 hours.

Adverse Reactions

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

Drug Interactions

1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, mabital (such as phenobarbital), antispasmodics (such as belladonna), phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 3.
