Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a complex of diphenhydramine and aminophylline. It has antihistamine effects, can inhibit vascular exudation, reduce tissue edema, and has sedative and antiemetic effects. After oral administration, this product is rapidly and completely absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. This product has only a weak antibacterial effect on bacteria, but is effective against intestinal infections caused by Shigella dysenteriae and Escherichia coli.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 0.1 gram of berberine hydrochloride as the main ingredient, and auxiliary materials are starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, micro-powder silica gel, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, dextrin, and pigment: tartrazine.

Appearance
This product is a light yellow sugar-coated tablet, which appears yellow after removing the sugar coating.
Indication
Used to treat intestinal infections and diarrhea.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 1 to 3 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Common adverse reactions include: dullness, drowsiness, lack of concentration, fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal discomfort. 2. Rare: hallucinations, decreased vision, difficulty urinating, rash, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with hemolytic anemia and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.

Precautions for children: Because this product can cause hemolytic anemia and lead to jaundice, it is contraindicated for children with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency. 1.
