Function and Efficacy
This product is a non-recessive antitussive drug, and its antitussive effect is only 1/3 of that of codeine. It has central and peripheral antitussive effects. In addition to directly inhibiting the respiratory center of the medulla oblongata, it also has a weak atropine effect. After absorption, it can slightly inhibit the receptors in the bronchus, weaken the cough reflex, and relax the spasmodic bronchial smooth muscles, reducing airway resistance.

Indication
Suitable for dry cough caused by various reasons.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults usually take 25 mg once, 3 to 4 times a day. Children usually take 6.25 to 12.5 mg once, 2 to 3 times a day for children over 5 years old.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, there may be constipation, mild headache, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, abdominal distension, skin allergies and other reactions.
