Function and Efficacy
This product is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Animal experiments show that this product has no obvious anticholinergic and anti-5-hydroxytryptamine effects, and is not easy to pass through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier to act on the central H1 receptor. When used clinically, the central inhibitory effect is relatively mild.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is cetirizine hydrochloride, and its chemical name is (±)-2-[2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl)benzyl]-1-piperazinyl]ethoxy]acetic acid dihydrochloride.

Appearance
Colorless clear liquid with slightly sweet taste.
Indication
Used for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, urticaria and skin itching caused by allergens.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults or children over 12 years old, 10 ml (10 mg) each time, once a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. If adverse reactions occur, it can be changed to 5 ml (5 mg) in the morning and evening. Children: 6-11 years old: 5 ml (5 mg) in the morning and evening or 10 ml (10 mg) once a day. 2-5 years old: 2.5 ml (2.5 mg) in the morning and evening or 5 ml (5 mg) once a day. Children under 12 years old should take it under the supervision of a doctor or parents.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are mild and transient, including drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Occasionally, aspartate aminotransferase is slightly elevated.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
