Function and Efficacy
Lysine is one of the eight essential amino acids that maintain the body's nitrogen balance. Appearance

Indication
Used to promote normal growth and development of young children, and to supplement calcium for children and pregnant women.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 1 bag at a time, 2 times a day, with warm water. Daily calcium requirement: 400-800 mg for newborn to 3 years old, 800 mg for 4-6 years old, 800 mg for 7-10 years old, 800-1200 mg for adults, 1200 mg for nursing mothers (all of the above refer to elemental calcium).

Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not clear yet. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women generally need to supplement calcium, but the dosage should be in accordance with the doctor's advice.
