This product is a quinolone antibacterial drug. It has high antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Shigella, Klebsiella, Proteus, Enterobacter, etc.; Haemophilus influenzae and Neisseria gonorrhoeae are also highly sensitive to this product; it also has certain antibacterial effects on Pseudomonas such as Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus, Pneumococcus, and hemolytic Streptococcus. This product acts on the A subunit of DNA helicase in bacterial cells, inhibiting the synthesis and replication of DNA and exerting a bactericidal effect.

This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.

Suitable for otitis media, otitis externa and tympanitis caused by sensitive bacteria.

Adults should use 6 to 10 drops at a time, twice a day, and then bathe for about 10 minutes. The number of drops should be increased or decreased according to symptoms. For children, the number of drops should be reduced as appropriate.

Occasionally, middle ear pain and itching may occur.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product and quinolones.
