This product contains a variety of active ingredients that can eliminate coughs and various symptoms caused by colds and flu. Brompheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that competitively antagonizes histamine H1 receptors to eliminate allergic reactions caused by histamine, and effectively relieves symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and tearful eyes. Codeine phosphate is an opioid receptor agonist. As an antitussive, it can directly act on the medullary cough center to selectively inhibit the cough reflex. Ephedrine hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic and an effective nasal decongestant that can cause nasal mucosal blood vessels to contract and quickly relieve nasal congestion symptoms caused by rhinitis or colds. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that reduces phlegm and relieves cough by dilating the bronchi and reducing the viscosity of bronchial secretions.

This product is a compound preparation, and its components are as follows: 160ml/bottle: Each bottle contains 24mg of brompheniramine maleate, 54mg of codeine phosphate, 60mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, and 1200mg of guaifenesin. 2120ml/bottle: Each bottle contains 48mg of brompheniramine maleate, 108mg of codeine phosphate, 120mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, and 2400mg of guaifenesin. 3180ml/bottle: Each bottle contains 72mg of brompheniramine maleate, 162mg of codeine phosphate, 180mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, and 3600mg of guaifenesin.

This product is a green-brown clear liquid with a sweet and salty taste.

It is used for dry cough without sputum and severe, frequent cough. Cough caused by cold, flu, upper respiratory tract infection, throat and bronchial irritation, cough with little sputum, dry cough, sensitive cough; runny nose, tearing, sneezing, nasal congestion and itchy throat caused by cold, hay fever and allergic rhinitis.

Oral administration. Adults and children over 12 years old: 10 ml each time, 3 times a day, 20 ml before bedtime. Children aged 6-12 years old: 5 ml each time, 3 times a day, 10 ml before bedtime. Children aged 2-5 years old: 2.5 ml each time, 3 times a day, 5 ml before bedtime. Not suitable for children under 2 years old.

Includes: gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, drowsiness and dizziness.

This product is contraindicated in patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease or those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors; it should not be taken by those who are allergic to antihistamines, guaifenesin, codeine phosphate or sympathomimetic amines.

Precautions for children: Children under 2 years old should not take this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Must be taken according to the doctor's instructions. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.

It should not be taken at the same time as monoamine oxidase inhibitors. This product can only be taken two weeks after stopping such drugs.
