Function and Efficacy
This product acts quickly and is one of the most potent topical corticosteroids currently used in clinical practice. It has a strong capillary constriction effect, and its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times that of hydrocortisone, 2.3 times that of betamethasone sodium phosphate, and 18.7 times that of fluocinolone. The systemic adverse reactions are 3 times that of fluocinolone, with no sodium retention effect, and a certain effect of promoting sodium and potassium excretion. After topical application, it can be absorbed through the intact skin. After absorption, it is mainly metabolized in the liver and excreted through the kidneys, just like the metabolism of systemically administered corticosteroids in the body.

Appearance
This product is a white ointment with an emulsion base.
Indication
Psoriasis, intractable eczema, neurodermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, insect bite dermatitis, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus.
Usage and Dosage
For external use, apply to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day. Once the condition is under control, change to once a day.
Adverse Reactions
It may cause irritation symptoms such as erythema, burning, itching, folliculitis, skin atrophy and thinning, and capillary dilation at the application site. It may also cause dry skin, hirsutism, atrophic striae, and increase susceptibility to infection. Long-term use may cause hypercorticism, manifested as hirsutism, acne, moon face, osteoporosis, etc. It may occasionally cause allergic contact.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this drug and its matrix components and to other corticosteroids; it is contraindicated for those with bacterial, fungal, viral and other infectious skin diseases; it is contraindicated for those with ulcerative skin diseases.
