Influenza virus split vaccine

Function and Efficacy

PMC's influenza vaccine is a split vaccine, and its Chinese trade name is Fangganling. Fangganling is a trivalent split vaccine, and the three virus strains it contains (usually two strains of type A and one strain of type B) are selected every year according to the strains recommended by the World Health Organization. Fangganling was first approved for use in France in 1968. After continuous improvement and perfection, it has been registered and widely used in more than 50 countries. All research data from its 150 million doses have shown that the protection rate of Fangganling is significantly higher than the European Pharmacopoeia standard, and it is effective in reducing the incidence of influenza. At the same time, due to the highly purified technology in the manufacturing process of Fangganling, the incidence of vaccination reactions is extremely low. Immunity is generated 10 to 15 days after vaccination with Fangganling, and lasts for more than 1 year. Split influenza vaccine: The ingredients of the vaccine are updated annually based on epidemiological data provided by the World Health Organization and the drug management agencies of various countries in the European Union (CPMP). The active ingredient is influenza virus cultured in chicken embryos, purified, lysed by Tween-ether, and inactivated by formaldehyde. Each strain of virus contains 15mcg of hemagglutinin. The minimum antigen content is not less than 12mcg.

Ingredients

The composition of this vaccine is in line with the strains recommended by WHO for the current year. Each dose of vaccine contains three strains of antigens: type A1, type A3, and type B. Type A1 (New Caledonia/20/99 (H1N1) reassortant [IVR-116 strain]) Hemagglutinin content: ge; 12mu; g Type A3 (Fujian/41I/02 (H3N2) similar strain [NYMCX-147 strain]) Hemagglutinin content: ge; 12mu; g Type B (B/Shanghai/36I/02 similar strain [B/Jiangsu/10/2003 strain]) Hemagglutinin content: ge; 12mu; g

Indication

To prevent influenza, this vaccine can produce immunity against influenza virus infection 2-3 weeks after vaccination.

Usage and Dosage

Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, Children aged 6 to 35 months: 2 injections, 4 weeks apart, one dose (0.25 ml) each time. Shake well before use.

Generally, no treatment is required and they will resolve on their own after one to two days. 3 Allergic reactions: Allergic reactions are occasional. 4 Rare reactions: Neuralgia (pain is distributed along nerve pathways), paresthesia (abnormal sensation to touch, pain, heat or vibration), convulsions and transient thrombocytopenia. 5 Extremely rare reactions: Allergic reactions leading to shock, vasculitis, transient involvement of the kidneys, neurological disorders, such as meningitis, neuritis and Guillain-Barre syndrome

Precautions

The following people should not use this vaccine: 1. People suffering from fever, acute diseases, acute exacerbation of chronic diseases, and colds. 2. People who are allergic to eggs or have other allergic history.

Drug Interactions

1. Influenza split vaccine can be administered at the same time as other vaccines, but care should be taken to select different sites for administration. 2. The use of immunosuppressants can reduce or offset the immune response after vaccination. For those who have received immunoglobulin injections, this vaccine should be administered at least one month later.
