This product is a refined glycoprotein extracted from human urine and is a protease inhibitor. It has the function of inhibiting the activity of various pancreatic enzymes such as trypsin and is often used in the treatment of pancreatitis. In addition, this product has the functions of stabilizing lysosomal membranes, inhibiting the release of lysosomal enzymes and inhibiting the production of myocardial inhibitory factors, so it can be used in the rescue treatment of acute circulatory failure.

Chemical name: The main ingredient of this product is ulinastatin, a glycoprotein separated and purified from human urine, which is a protease inhibitor.

This product is white or slightly yellow freeze-dried block or powder.

1. Acute pancreatitis and chronic recurrent pancreatitis: 100,000 units dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection or injection for intravenous drip in the initial stage, each drip for 1 to 2 hours, 1 to 3 times a day, and then reduce the dosage as the symptoms subside; 3. Acute circulatory failure: 100,000 units dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection for intravenous drip, each drip for 1 to 2 hours, 1 to 3 times a day, or 100,000 units dissolved in 5-10ml sodium chloride injection for slow intravenous injection 1 to 3 times a day. The dosage can be appropriately increased or decreased according to age and symptoms.

1. Blood system: occasionally leukopenia or eosinophilia; 2. Digestive system: occasionally nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, occasionally increased AST and ALT; 3. Injection site: occasionally vascular pain, redness, itching, rash, etc.; 4. Occasionally allergic reactions occur. If allergic symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and treated appropriately.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.

Avoid mixing this product with gabexate or gelobulin preparations.
