Glucometacin enteric-coated tablets

This product is made of indomethacin and glucosamine hydrochloride in a ratio of 1:3. Each tablet contains 25 mg of indomethacin and 75 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride, which play the role of indomethacin and glucosamine in the body. Indomethacin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which exerts antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins; after entering the body, glucosamine stimulates and restores the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans, inhibits macrophages from producing superoxide free radicals and enzymes that have a destructive effect on articular cartilage; and can prevent glucocorticoids from damaging chondrocytes and the adverse effects of certain non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on prostaglandin synthesis, and can reduce the release of endotoxic factors that damage cells.

This product is an enteric-coated tablet, which appears off-white or light yellow after removing the enteric coating.

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, used for symptomatic treatment of anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, and should be used in combination with drugs to control the progression of the disease. It is suitable for the treatment of knee and lumbar hyperplastic arthritis, acute and chronic rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter's syndrome, neuralgia, migraine, dysmenorrhea, biliary colic, and fever and headache caused by colds.

Oral administration: 1-2 tablets at a time, 1-2 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.

Oral adverse reactions are rare, but allergic reactions and rashes are occasionally seen.

It is contraindicated if you are allergic to this product, aspirin, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or have angioedema or bronchospasm.

Precautions for children: Not clear yet. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. This product can cause fetal ductus arteriosus occlusion and persistent pulmonary hypertension when used in the last three months of pregnancy. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it. 2. This product can be excreted from breast milk and can cause toxic and side effects in infants. It is prohibited for breastfeeding women. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to toxic reactions and should be used with caution.
