Function and Efficacy
This product is the levorotatory form of ofloxacin, and its antibacterial activity is about 2 times that of ofloxacin. Its main mechanism of action is to inhibit bacterial DNA gyrase activity and inhibit bacterial DNA replication. It has the characteristics of broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial effect. It has strong antibacterial activity against most Enterobacteriaceae, such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus, Salmonella typhi, Shigella, influenza bacillus, some Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gonococci, etc. It also has good antibacterial effect against some Staphylococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Chlamydia, etc.

Appearance
This product is a yellowish green clear liquid.
Indication
It is suitable for moderate to severe respiratory system, urinary system, digestive system and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive strains of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria, sepsis, typhoid and paratyphoid dysentery, and urethritis and cervicitis caused by gonococci and Chlamydia trachomatis.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip: Adults: 0.1-0.2g at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia, dizziness, headache, rash, elevated serum alanine aminotransferase and local irritation symptoms after injection may occur occasionally, but they are generally tolerated and disappear after the treatment.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to quinolones and those with epilepsy.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: In animal experiments (puppies, young adult dogs, and young mice), it was found that this product caused abnormal damage to weight-bearing joints, so it is contraindicated for patients under 18 years old. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Because the safety of the drug for pregnant women cannot be ensured, it is contraindicated for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant. 2. Because the drug is excreted through breast milk, it is contraindicated for lactating women. If you must take this product, you should stop breastfeeding. Precautions for the elderly: This product is mainly excreted through the kidneys (see "Pharmacokinetics"), because most elderly patients have low renal function, they may have persistent high blood drug concentrations.
