Function and Efficacy
Spirotoxin is a macrolide antibiotic that has good antibacterial effects on Gram-positive bacteria, some Gram-negative bacteria, Rickettsia, large viruses, etc. In particular, it has strong antibacterial activity against penicillin, streptomycin, neomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline and other resistant bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of spiramycin in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus is 0.39μg/ml, the MIC against pneumococcus, hemolytic streptococcus, and viridans streptococcus is 0.1-0.2μg/ml, and the minimum inhibitory concentration against diphtheria Corynebacterium is 0.04μg/ml. It also has a certain antibacterial effect on mycoplasma and chlamydia.

Appearance
This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears light yellow after removing the film coating.
Indication
It is suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria. Respiratory tract infections: pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, rhinitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, fossa tissue inflammation, otitis, buccal and oral infections, etc. Urinary tract infections: chlamydia infections, prostate infections, etc. Orthopedics: osteomyelitis, etc. Parasitic infections: toxoplasmosis, cryptosporidiosis. Others: skin and soft tissue infections.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: 1. Adults: The usual dose is 6 tablets per day (750,000 units per tablet), divided into 2 to 3 doses; for patients with severe infection, the dose can be increased to 8 tablets per day as prescribed by the doctor. 2. Children: Take according to body weight, as prescribed by the doctor.
Adverse Reactions
