Intravenous drip. Adults: 250 ml (containing 8 g of piracetam) once a day or as directed by a doctor. Elderly and children: Use according to the dosage conversion for the elderly and children in the pharmacopoeia.

Reactions may include dry mouth, loss of appetite, urticaria, and memory loss. Excitement, irritability, dizziness, headache, and insomnia are rare, and mild elevation of aminotransferase is occasionally seen.
