Propylgallate Glucose Injection

This product has the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation caused by TXA2 (thromboxane A2); it can reduce the specific viscosity of whole blood and plasma, accelerate the electrophoresis of red blood cells, relax vascular smooth muscle, and increase coronary blood flow; it has a significant protective effect on myocardial ischemia.

Propyl Gallate. Chemical name: 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid propyl ester.

Used to prevent cerebral thrombosis, coronary heart disease and complications after surgery, etc.

Slow intravenous drip. Once a day, 120-180 mg each time, 10-15 days as a course of treatment.

A small number of patients may experience a transient slowing of heart rate or a slight increase in alanine aminotransferase after intravenous infusion, which may return to normal on their own within 1 to 2 weeks of discontinuation of the drug.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any ingredient of this product.

There is still a lack of research data on drug interactions of this product.
