Indication
1. Used to treat leukopenia caused by various reasons, such as leukopenia caused by radiation, anti-tumor drugs, etc. 2. Used to treat leukopenia caused by unknown reasons.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1 Adults: 50-150 mg per day, divided into 3 doses, 4-6 weeks as a course of treatment. 2 Children: 1-2 mg/kg once, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Dry mouth and hyperactive bowel sounds are occasionally seen at therapeutic doses.
