Congenital leukocyte granulation abnormality syndrome
Chediak-Higashi syndrome is an autosomal recessive genetic disease. This disease is a congenital lysosomal abnormality. The pathogenesis is not very clear and is more common in the offspring of close relatives. The main manifestations are the lack or reduction of melanin in the skin, hair and eyes. Lesions limited to the eyes and skin are called oculocutaneous albinism (OCA), and those limited to the eyes are called ocular albinism (OA). Accompanied by photophobia and nystagmus; partial whitening of the skin and hair, similar to pseudoalbinism.
