Appearance
This product is a capsule, and its contents are off-white or light yellow powder.
Indication
Used to treat duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other high gastric acid secretion diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Adults take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day. Take in the morning and before bedtime.
Adverse Reactions
1. Common symptoms include nausea, rash, constipation, fatigue, headache, dizziness, etc.; 2. Compared with cimetidine, the adverse effects of damaging kidney function, gonadal function and central nervous system are milder; 3. A small number of patients suffered mild liver damage after taking the drug, and the symptoms disappeared after stopping the drug, and the liver function returned to normal. It was suspected that it might be a drug allergic reaction and had nothing to do with the dosage of the drug; 4. Long-term use can continuously reduce the acidity of gastric juice, which is conducive to the reproduction of bacteria in the stomach, thereby reducing nitrates in food to nitrites and forming N-nitroso compounds.
