Function and Efficacy
This product is a high-titer rabies antibody that can specifically neutralize the rabies virus and play a passive immunization role.

This product is a colorless or light yellow clear liquid with opalescence.
Indication
People who are bitten by rabid dogs or other crazy animals can use this product for passive immunization at the same time as the rabies vaccine to improve the preventive effect.
Usage and Dosage
Liquid preparations can be used directly. Freeze-dried preparations need to be dissolved in 1 ml of sterile water for injection before use. Use 1/2 of the total dose required for subcutaneous infiltration injection at the injured area, and the remaining preparation for intramuscular injection. Injection dose: 20 IU per kg body weight (increased to 40 IU for particularly severe cases), one injection. If the total dose required is greater than 10 ml, it can be injected several times within 1 to 2 days.
Adverse Reactions
Generally no allergic reaction.
Precautions
After the ampoule is opened and dissolved, it should be injected all at once and should not be used in multiple injections. If the ampoule is broken, the bottle label is unclear, or the product is turbid after dissolution, or there are precipitates or foreign matter that cannot be shaken off, it should not be used. Those who are allergic to human immunoglobulin or have a history of other severe allergies.
Drug Interactions
1 After the start of therapeutic vaccination, it is no longer recommended to use human rabies immunoglobulin again because it will hinder the full expression of active immunity. 2 After using this product, live virus vaccines such as measles cannot be administered within three months because antibodies interfere with the vaccine immune response.
