This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.

2-Phenoxymethylsulfonanilide (nimesulide intermediate).

Pale yellow crystalline powder.
Indication
This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and is only used when at least one other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug has failed. It can be used for the pain of chronic arthritis (such as osteoarthritis), pain after surgery and acute trauma, and symptomatic treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 0.05-0.1g at a time, twice a day, after meals. The maximum single dose should not exceed 100mg, and the course of treatment should not exceed 15 days. It is recommended to use the minimum effective dose and the shortest course of treatment to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
Drug Interactions
Other oral dosage forms of this drug substance have high plasma protein binding and may displace other protein-bound drugs.
