This product is an H1 receptor antagonist, which can inhibit the permeability of capillaries and quickly relieve itching. This product also has anticholinergic and sedative effects.

The main ingredient is clemastine fumarate. Its chemical name is: [R-(R*, R*)]-1-methyl-2-[2-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenylethoxy]ethyl]-pyrrolidine (E)-2-butenedioate.

This product is white tablets.

Mainly used for allergic rhinitis, urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.

Take 1.34 mg orally, twice a day.

Common symptoms include drowsiness, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, etc.; hypotension, palpitations, tachycardia, fatigue, nervousness, restlessness, tremor, insomnia, euphoria, blurred vision, convulsions, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, early menstruation, thick sputum, nasal congestion, chest tightness, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, skin itching, urticaria, anaphylactic shock, etc. may also be seen.

It is contraindicated in patients with lower respiratory tract infections (including asthma).

Precautions for children: Forbidden for newborns and premature infants. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: The elderly are more sensitive to the conventional adult dose and are prone to hypotension, mental confusion, stagnation and dizziness, so the dose should be reduced as appropriate.
