This product is composed of vitamin A and vitamin D. Vitamin A and D are essential substances for human growth and development, especially for the development of fetuses and infants, the integrity of epithelial tissues, vision, reproductive organs, the stability of blood calcium and phosphorus, and the growth and development of bones and teeth. Vitamin A can be converted into retinal in the body and participate in the synthesis of the photosensitive substance - rhodopsin to maintain dark-adapted vision, and can maintain the integrity and soundness of the epithelial tissue structure, thereby enhancing resistance to respiratory and digestive tract infections; and it plays an important role in promoting bone growth, embryonic and gonadal development. Vitamin D promotes the absorption and transport of calcium and phosphorus in the gastrointestinal tract; decalcifies old bones and forms new bones, promotes bone calcification and osteoblast function and bone-like tissue maturation; increases the reabsorption of calcium and phosphorus by the proximal tubules of the kidneys, thereby maintaining and regulating serum calcium and phosphorus concentrations.

The content of this product is a yellow to orange-red liquid with no rancid odor or bitter taste.

It is used to prevent and treat vitamin A and D deficiency, such as rickets, osteomalacia, increased susceptibility to respiratory and digestive tract infections caused by subclinical vitamin A deficiency, night blindness, dry eyes, dry and keratinized skin, and osteoporosis in the elderly.

Oral administration. Cut or pierce the tip of the capsule and drip the liquid into the baby's mouth or chew the capsule directly. For children under 1 year old, take 1 capsule at a time, once a day.

There are no adverse reactions if taken at the recommended dose. Long-term or excessive use may cause chronic poisoning. Early symptoms include bone and joint pain, swelling, itchy skin, chapped lips, fever, headache, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, etc.

It is contraindicated for patients with chronic renal failure, hypercalcemia, hyperphosphatemia and renal rickets.

Precautions for children: Infants and young children are more sensitive to large or excessive amounts of vitamin A and should be used with caution. Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: 1. Pregnant women with hypercalcemia may be sensitive to vitamin D, which can inhibit parathyroid activity, resulting in special facial features, mental retardation and hereditary aortic arch stenosis in infants. 2. Infants who are fully breastfed are prone to vitamin D deficiency, especially infants of dark-skinned mothers. There are large differences in the sensitivity of infants to vitamin D between individuals, and some infants are very sensitive to small doses of vitamin D. 3. The requirement for vitamin A increases slightly during pregnancy, but it should not exceed 6,000 units per day. When pregnant women consume large amounts of vitamin A, it may cause fetal malformations, such as urinary tract malformations, growth retardation, and early epiphyseal healing. Vitamin A can be secreted from breast milk. When the intake of breastfeeding mothers increases, attention should be paid to the amount of vitamin A that infants consume from breast milk. Excessive intake of vitamin A in pregnant animals may cause malformations of the fetal central nervous system, spine, ribs, heart, eyes and urinary tract. Those who have excessive intake of vitamin A and may have early pregnancy should take a pregnancy test and measure the vitamin A content in the blood. Contraception should be used during the period of vitamin A overdose. Pregnant women who have excessive intake of vitamin A should be consulted about the risk of fetal teratogenicity. Precautions for the elderly: Long-term use of vitamin A by the elderly may lead to vitamin A overdose due to delayed clearance of retinal aldehyde.

1. Antacids can affect the absorption of vitamin A in this product, so they should not be taken together. 2. Do not use it with drugs containing large amounts of magnesium or calcium.
