Function and Efficacy
1. Ketoconazole is an imidazole broad-spectrum antifungal drug that acts on the fungal cell membrane and changes its permeability. It has a strong antibacterial effect on a variety of dermatophytes (such as common pathogenic fungi such as Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton, etc.), yeasts and Candida albicans, and is not prone to drug resistance; 2. Clobetasol propionate is a corticosteroid hormone with strong anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects and few side effects; 3. Neomycin has a good killing effect on Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria; therefore, this product has obvious antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects when used externally.

Appearance
This product is a white or off-white cream with an emulsion base.
Indication
It is mainly used for superficial fungal infections of the skin, such as tinea manuum, tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, etc.
Usage and Dosage
After cleaning, apply an appropriate amount evenly to the affected area. Twice a day. Treatment course: Generally, 2 weeks for tinea corporis and tinea cruris, and 4 weeks for tinea manuum and pedis.
Adverse Reactions
1. Common symptoms include erythema, burning, itching, tingling or other irritation, folliculitis, skin atrophy and thinning, capillary dilation, etc. 2. Dry skin, hirsutism, stretch marks, increased susceptibility to infection, etc. 3. Long-term use may cause hypercorticism, manifested as hirsutism, acne, moon face, osteoporosis, etc. 4. Occasionally may cause allergic contact dermatitis.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to the ingredients of this product, other azoles, aminoglycosides and corticosteroids.
