Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacology: This product is a non-addictive analgesic with a strong analgesic effect. This product also has local anesthetic, cooling, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory and detumescent effects. Compared with pethidine, this product has a comparable analgesic effect, a slightly slower onset of action, and a longer duration of maintenance; the analgesic effect is 7 times that of the antipyretic analgesic aminopyrine. 2. Toxicology: This product is non-addictive, has no teratogenic effect in animal experiments, and will not cause cumulative poisoning. Results of acute toxicity tests: The oral LD50 for rats is 20 mg/Kg; the intraperitoneal injection LD50 for mice is 9.1 mg/Kg, and the intravenous injection LD50 is 6.9 mg/Kg. </P

Indication
Used for moderate to severe pain.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection: 4 mg once, 1-2 times a day, or as directed by a physician. Intravenous drip: 4-8 mg a day, drip in 500 ml of glucose and sodium chloride injection.
Adverse Reactions
Some patients experienced urticaria, palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, etc., which disappeared quickly after stopping the medication.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients with extrapyramidal diseases or Huntington's chorea. 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant women. 3. It is contraindicated for newborns.
