In addition to inhibiting cyclooxygenase, this product also has a certain effect of inhibiting lipoxygenase and reducing bradykinin, thereby reducing the pain sensation at the site of inflammatory injury. Because bradykinin and prostaglandins can cause pain together. Bradykinin can also cause uterine contraction, so this product is used for dysmenorrhea, mainly by inhibiting bradykinin, thereby inhibiting uterine contraction and analgesia to achieve therapeutic effects. This product also has a certain central analgesic effect. Acute toxicity test results: rat oral LD50 is 101mg/kg.

Used for various arthritis: joint pain and swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, etc., as well as various pains such as dysmenorrhea, toothache, postoperative pain, etc.

Adult oral administration: 75mg-100mg each time, twice a day or 0.2g (1 capsule) once a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 0.2g (1 capsule). To avoid gastrointestinal irritation, it should be taken after meals and the capsule should be swallowed whole.
