Function and Efficacy
This product is a macrolide antibiotic. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of erythromycin, and its antibacterial spectrum is also similar to that of erythromycin, but its antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria is slightly worse. Some erythromycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus are still sensitive to kitasamycin. This product also has considerable activity against diphtheria, tetani, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, pertussis, Rickettsia and Chlamydia trachomatis.

Appearance
This product is a white tablet.
Indication
This product is mainly suitable for various infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, especially for upper and lower respiratory tract infections and epidermal soft tissue infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Pneumococcus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. According to literature reports, this product also has good therapeutic effects on whooping cough, scarlet fever, otitis media, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults: 0.8g-1.2g per day, divided into 3-4 doses; children: 25-50mg per kilogram of body weight per day, divided into 3-4 doses.
