Function and Efficacy
Motherwort: activating blood circulation and regulating menstruation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. Ginseng and Rehmannia: tonifying qi and nourishing blood, tonifying qi and strengthening spleen, promoting body fluid and quenching thirst. Polygonum multiflorum and Angelica sinensis: nourishing liver and kidney, tonifying essence and blood, detoxifying and relieving constipation. Astragalus: tonifying qi and raising yang, tonifying qi and promoting diuresis, tonifying the body's defense and strengthening the exterior. Cyperus and Atractylodes macrocephala: soothing the liver and regulating qi, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, strengthening the exterior and stopping sweating. Peach kernel and Pollen Typhae: relieving pain, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, moistening the intestines and relieving constipation. Usage and Dosage
