Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide existing in the matrix between human tissues, which can limit the diffusion of extracellular fluid. Hyaluronidase acts on the glucosamine bond in the hyaluronic acid molecule, causing it to hydrolyze and depolymerize, reducing the viscosity of body fluids. It makes it easier for intercellular fluid to flow and diffuse. Therefore, it can diffuse the locally accumulated drug solution, exudate or blood, accelerate drug absorption, reduce local tissue tension and pain, and facilitate the absorption and dissipation of edema and inflammatory exudates. This product is one of the basic components of articular cartilage and has the function of nourishing, protecting and maintaining articular cartilage.

The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: This product is a freeze-dried sterile product of hyaluronidase plus appropriate excipients. Its potency should be 90.0%-120.0% of the labeled amount.

1. Used to promote the diffusion of local accumulation of liquid medicine, exudate or blood in the eye, promote the absorption of vitreous opacities, prevent blepharoplasty after chemical burns of the conjunctiva, and eliminate related inflammatory reactions; 2. Used for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

This product is dissolved in an appropriate amount of sodium chloride injection to make a solution of 150 units/ml or a suitable concentration. Skin test: Take the above solution and inject about 0.02ml intradermally. If a rash with pseudopodia appears within 5 minutes, lasts for 20 to 30 minutes, and there is an itchy feeling, it is positive. However, transient erythema appears locally due to vascular dilation, which is not a positive reaction. 1 To promote the spread of the liquid, exudate or blood in the local tissue, inject the above solution into the swelling or its surrounding area. The dosage depends on the needs, but the dosage at one time should not exceed 1500 units. 2 Promote the spread of subcutaneous infusion: Add 150 units of this product to every 1000ml of subcutaneous infusion, which can be appropriately increased according to the different types of infusion (viscosity and irritation, etc.). 3 Retrobulbar injection promotes the absorption of vitreous opacities and hemorrhage, 100 to 300 units/ml each time, once a day. 4 Subconjunctival injection promotes the absorption of subconjunctival hemorrhage or retrobulbar hematoma, 50-150 units/0.5 ml each time, once a day or every other day. 　　5 Eye drops to prevent blepharobulbar adhesion after chemical burns of the conjunctiva, treat traumatic orbital hemorrhage, traumatic retinal edema, etc.: the concentration is 150 units/ml, drop once every 2 hours. 　　6 Intra-articular injection: 2 ml each time, once a week, for 3-5 weeks.

In some cases, it may cause allergic reactions, including itching, urticaria and other more serious allergic reactions.

1. Patients with malignant tumors are prohibited from using this product to prevent it from promoting the spread of tumors. 2. Patients with heart failure or shock are prohibited from using this product. 3. This product has the risk of spreading infection and should not be injected into the infected and inflamed area and its surrounding tissues. Patients with infections in other parts of the body should use this product with caution. 4. The safety of this product for pregnant women has not been confirmed. Do not use it in pregnant women unless it is absolutely necessary. 5. It has not been confirmed whether this product enters breast milk, so nursing mothers should use this product with caution.

1 Adding it to the anesthetic solution can accelerate the onset of anesthesia and reduce local swelling. It also accelerates the absorption of local anesthetics, shortens the anesthesia time, and may cause unexpected systemic reactions. 2 When using this product in combination with other drugs, it should be considered that the absorption of the combined drugs is accelerated and the effect is enhanced. 3 Salicylate drugs can inhibit the diffusion of this product and should not be used at the same time.
