Oxybutynin Hydrochloride Oral Solution

Pharmacological action: This product has strong smooth muscle spasmolytic and anticholinergic effects, and also has analgesic effects. It can selectively act on the detrusor muscle of the bladder, reduce bladder pressure, increase capacity, reduce involuntary bladder contractions, and relieve urinary urgency, urinary frequency, and urinary incontinence.

Oxybutynin Hydrochloride

This product is a yellow clear liquid with a sweet taste and a fragrant aroma.

Used to relieve urination-related symptoms such as urgency, frequency, urinary incontinence, nocturia and enuresis in patients with uninhibited and reflux neurogenic bladder dysfunction.

The usual oral dose for adults is 5 ml (5 mg as oxybutynin hydrochloride) 2-3 times a day; the maximum dose is 5 ml (5 mg as oxybutynin hydrochloride) 4 times a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. The usual oral dose for children over 5 years old is 5 ml (5 mg as oxybutynin hydrochloride) 2 times a day; the maximum dose is 5 ml (5 mg as oxybutynin hydrochloride) 3 times a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. There is insufficient clinical data for children under 5 years old, so it is not recommended. The bottle cap can be used as a measuring cup, and each cap is up to the mark of 5 ml.

A small number of patients may experience dry mouth, lack of sweat, blurred vision, palpitations, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, impotence, inhibition of lactation and other symptoms similar to those caused by anticholinergic drugs. Some patients may experience allergic reactions or drug-specific reactions, such as urticaria and other skin symptoms.

1. Patients with glaucoma are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with partial or complete gastrointestinal obstruction are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with paralytic ileus are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients with intestinal atonyxia in the elderly or debilitated are prohibited from using this product. 5. Patients with myasthenia gravis are prohibited from using this product. 6. Patients with obstructive urinary tract disease are prohibited from using this product. 7. Patients with unstable cardiovascular status due to bleeding are prohibited from using this product. 8. Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product are prohibited from using this product.

Unless the doctor deems it necessary, use it under the doctor's advice. There is still a lack of research data on the use of this product in lactating women. 1. When used in combination with furantin, it has a synergistic effect. 2. When used in combination with atropine, the effects and adverse reactions are enhanced. 3. When used in combination with cisapride and clomipramine, the efficacy of the latter two drugs can be reduced. 4. When used in combination with procaine, it can produce an additional anti-vagal effect on the conduction of the sinoatrial node.

Keep in a sealed container. The validity period is tentatively set at two years.
