Isoladine Maleate
Function and Efficacy
This product is a gastric mucosal protective agent. It strengthens the combination between gastric mucosal epithelial cells, inhibits the peeling and shedding of epithelial cells and the expansion of cell gaps, enhances the stability of mucosal cells themselves, plays a mucosal defense role, and inhibits harmful substances from passing through the mucosa. Its mechanism of action is related to increasing the content of CAMP, prostaglandins, reduced glutathione and mucus glycoprotein in gastric mucosal cells. Experiments show that this product can inhibit gastric mucosal cell disorders caused by hydrochloric acid and ethanol, and also has the effect of increasing gastric mucosal blood flow. The effect is dose-dependent.
