Ticlopidine Hydrochloride Tablets

Antiplatelet aggregation drugs can inhibit platelet aggregation caused by various inducers such as ADP, collagen, thrombin, arachidonic acid and prostaglandin endoperoxides, and can inhibit exogenous and endogenous ADP-induced platelet aggregation reactions.

The main ingredient is ticlopidine hydrochloride.

Sugar-coated tablets are white or off-white after removing the sugar coating.

Prevent and treat circulatory disorders of the heart, brain and other arteries caused by high platelet aggregation.

Oral: 1 tablet (0.25g) once a day, taken with meals to reduce mild gastrointestinal reactions.

1. Occasionally mild gastrointestinal reactions. 2. Rare reactions: nausea, diarrhea, rash, ecchymosis, gingival bleeding, leukopenia, cholestasis, mild elevation of aminotransferase, mucocutaneous bleeding tendency. 3. The most common adverse reactions of this product are granulocytopenia or agranulocytopenia (2.4%), thrombocytopenia (0.4%), gastrointestinal dysfunction and rash. The above adverse reactions often occur within 3 months after medication. Occasionally, there are reports of granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) occurring several years after medication. Severe agranulocytopenia or TTP may even be fatal. Gastrointestinal reactions are mostly manifested as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, which are generally mild and do not require discontinuation of the drug. They can often recover after 1 to 2 weeks.

1. Patients with hemophilia or other bleeding diseases, granulocytopenia or thrombocytopenia, ulcer disease and active bleeding should not use this drug. 2. Patients with severe liver damage often increase the risk of bleeding due to coagulation factor synthesis disorders, so this product should not be used. 3. People who are allergic to this product.

1. The combined use of this product with any platelet aggregation inhibitor, thrombolytic agent, and drug that causes hypoprothrombinemia or thrombocytopenia may increase the risk of bleeding. If it is clinically necessary to use the drug together, close observation and laboratory monitoring should be performed. 2. When this product is used in combination with theophylline, theophylline blood concentration will increase and there is a risk of overdose because it reduces the clearance rate of the latter. Therefore, the dosage of theophylline should be adjusted during and after the use of this product, and theophylline blood concentration should be monitored when necessary. 3. When this product is used in combination with digoxin, the latter's blood concentration may decrease slightly (about 15%), but it generally does not affect the clinical efficacy of digoxin. 4. Occasionally, there are reports that this product reduces the blood concentration of cyclosporine, so the blood concentration of cyclosporine should be monitored regularly when the two are used in combination.
