Formal violet solution

Function and Efficacy

This product belongs to the triphenylmethane dye disinfectant, which can compete with the microbial enzyme system for hydrogen ions, making the enzyme inactive and oxidized state, and exerting a bactericidal effect. It mainly kills Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, and Epidermophyton, and has almost no effect on other Gram-negative bacteria and acid-fast bacilli. This product has low toxicity, no irritation to tissues, and can condense with necrotic tissues to form a protective film, playing an astringent role. There are experimental reports showing that systemic (or systemic) absorption of gentian violet in animals can cause cancer. Some countries stipulate that gentian violet solution can only be used on local undamaged skin and is strictly prohibited for oral administration. However, there are no adverse reaction monitoring reports on the carcinogenicity of gentian violet in China.

Ingredients
