Indication

Vasodilator. Suitable for the treatment of angina pectoris and congestive heart failure.

Usage and Dosage

Intravenous drip. The drug dosage can be adjusted according to the patient's response. The general effective dose is 2-7 mg per hour. The starting dose is 60 μg/min, and the general dose is 60-120 μg/min, once a day, 20 mg each time, and 10 days as a course of treatment.

Adverse Reactions

Like other nitrate drugs, during use, especially in the early stages of administration, symptoms such as headache and nausea may occur due to vasodilation. 1. Common symptoms include: dizziness, fainting, and flushing of the cheeks and neck caused by postural hypotension; in severe cases, persistent headaches, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, and irritability may occur; rashes, blurred vision, and dry mouth are rare. 2. Clinical manifestations of overdose: In order of incidence, they are: bluish lips and nails, dizziness, head swelling, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, fast and weak heartbeat, fever, and even convulsions.

Precautions

1. This product is contraindicated for patients with glaucoma, anemia, head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, severe hypotension or hypovolemia, and those who are sensitive to this product or nitrate drugs; 2. This product should not be used in pregnant and lactating women.

Special Population Medication

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for use by pregnant and lactating women.

Drug Interactions

Other vasodilators, especially alcohol, can increase the vasodilator effect of this product. It has been reported that the combination with calcium blockers causes obvious symptoms of postural hypotension, so the dosage should be reduced when used in combination.

Store at room temperature in a dark place and tightly sealed.
