Function and Efficacy
This product is an oral long-acting antipsychotic. The antipsychotic effect is related to its blocking of dopamine receptors in the brain. It can also block the adrenaline receptors in the nervous system. The antipsychotic effect is strong and lasting. It can last for several days to a week after oral administration. It also has an antiemetic effect, but the sedative effect is weak and the effect on cardiovascular function is relatively mild.

Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the sugar coating.
Indication
It is effective for hallucinations, delusion, loneliness, apathy, withdrawal and other symptoms. It is suitable for acute and chronic schizophrenia, especially for long-term medication maintenance treatment to prevent relapse.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. The therapeutic dose range is 20~120mg, once a week. It is advisable to start with 10~20mg per week and gradually increase the dose by 10mg~20mg every week or two to reduce extrapyramidal reactions. The usual therapeutic dose is 30~60mg per week. After the symptoms disappear, continue to consolidate with the original dose for 3 months, and maintain the dose of 10~20mg per week.
Adverse Reactions
The main symptoms are extrapyramidal reactions, such as akathisia, acute dystonia and Parkinson's disease. Long-term and excessive use may cause tardive dyskinesia. Drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, menstrual disorders, galactorrhea, anxiety or depression may also occur. Allergic rash, abnormal electrocardiogram, granulocytopenia and malignant syndrome are occasionally seen.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with basal ganglia lesions, Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, bone marrow suppression, and those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Extrapyramidal reactions are likely to occur, so reduce the dosage as appropriate. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Pregnant women should use with caution. 2. Lactating women should stop breastfeeding while using this product. Precautions for the elderly: Extrapyramidal reactions are likely to occur, so reduce the dosage as appropriate.
Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used in combination with ethanol or other central nervous system depressants, the central depressant effect is enhanced. 2. When this product is used in combination with antihypertensive drugs, there is a risk of increased orthostatic hypotension. 3. When this product is used in combination with other antipsychotic drugs, there is a risk of extrapyramidal reactions.
