Indication

It is used for chorea, Tourette syndrome and senile psychosis. It can also be used for headache, painful cramps, neuromuscular pain and ethanol poisoning.

Usage and Dosage

Oral. 1 Chorea and Tourette syndrome: start with 0.15-0.3g (1.5-3 tablets) per day, divided into 3 doses, gradually increase to 0.3-0.6g (3-6 tablets) per day; after 2-3 months of symptom control, reduce the dose as appropriate. The maintenance dose is 0.15-0.3g (1.5-3 tablets) per day. 2 Senile psychomovement disorders and tardive dyskinesia: start with 0.1-0.2g (1-2 tablets) per day, then gradually increase to 0.3-0.6g (3-6 tablets) per day, divided into 2 doses. 3 Headache, cramps, neuromuscular pain, etc.: start with 0.2-0.4g (2-4 tablets) per day, and take for 3-8 days. Adverse Reactions
